Our Establishment Safety Measures



We take the health and safety of our clients and employees very seriously. We are following all guidelines set by the State of California, Alameda County, and the CDC. We have installed protective shields / dividers, and HEPA air purifiers throughout our establishment. We continue to use the highest level of medical grade sterilization for all tools / equipment and sanitation of all high touch areas. We are allowing additional spacing between appointments for thorough sanitation. Our Brow Specialist wear medical grade PPE at all times. All of our employees are screened before starting their shift.




Protocols



  • We are requiring all appointments to be made online.
  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
  • All clients are required to wear a mask covering nose and mouth at all times. If you do not have a mask or a suitable one we will provide one for you.
  • All clients will be screened before appointment and prior to service.
  • Only two clients are allowed at one time and only at scheduled appointment time. No additional guest are allowed.
  • No children
  • No food or drinks
