Our Establishment Safety Measures



We take the health and safety of our clients and employees very seriously. We are following all guidelines set by the State of California, Alameda County, and the CDC. We have installed protective shields / dividers, and HEPA air purifiers throughout our establishment. We continue to use the highest level of medical grade sterilization for all tools / equipment and sanitation of all high touch areas. We are allowing additional spacing between appointments for thorough sanitation. Our Brow Specialist wear medical grade PPE at all times.




Protocols




  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
  • All clients are required to wear a mask covering nose and mouth at all times if you are experiencing any symptoms. If you do not have a mask or a suitable one we will provide one for you.
  • Only two clients are allowed at one time and only at scheduled appointment time.

The Brow Lounge opened in 2008, we are boutique salon specializing in exquisite brows. In the intimate atmosphere of The Brow Lounge our highly trained Brow Specialist are able to provide clients with one on one attention, so creating the perfect face framing brow for each client is assured. Each client is an individual, not a number. Which means no cookie-cutter brows. The Brow Lounge is an extension of Cloud Nine Total Body Salon, also located in the Temescal / Rockridge neighborhood. Cloud Nine opened in 2002, specializing in threading, body waxing, and facials.

Tinting can be used on brow's and eyelashes. The tint is formulated with natural ingredients, and colors can be customized to fit the clients needs. Tinting should last 2-3 weeks, results may vary.
